Brought to public awareness by films like 'As Good As It Gets' and 'The Aviator', Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can wreck lives unless checked. Many people thrust into the spotlight develop coping rituals and avoidances, and if backed by stress or trauma these can quickly develop into routine OCD behaviours.
OCD hand washing rituals
Using NLP and hypnosis, OCD can be greatly reduced in one or two sessions.
Once started, routines (such as compulsively counting, checking door handles, light switches and obsessively hand washing and showering), can rapidly take over from normal enjoyment of life. Even worse, some of these behaviours can start to become logically justified in the kind of the sufferer, and they begin to deny any problem exists. Rigid routines of conduct for self and others soon become established in their work and personal life.
Often there has been some underlying anxiety  built up as a result of the many years of obsessive patterns, and this can take another session or two to resolve. Occasionally, deeper issues that have been masked also need to be resolved, although this is quite rare. However, most of our private clients have been both amazed and delighted at how swiftly they can assume full control of their minds (and their lives) once again.
Using modern psychological approaches, we now understand just how to resolve the strong drivers for compulsive behaviours, and put order back in the lives of former sufferers.
"There is absolutely no need for anyone
to suffer a phobia nowadays......"
